Job summary

This role facilitates Scrum teams and Kanban operations, removes impediments, and drives predictable, high‑quality delivery. You will support release planning with the Platform Owner and coordinate deployments with developers and IT operations, ensuring readiness and smooth execution.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project, or program management.
3+ years of knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, core features, and applications.
Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role with Scrum and Kanban.
Familiarity with ServiceNow deployments, upgrades, and configuration best practices.
Experience leading delivery in mixed KTLO and project environments.
8+ years of overall IT experience with focus on software development or service management.

Responsibilities

Agile team facilitation for Scrum and Kanban environments.
Coordinate release planning and deployment with development and operations teams.
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement using metrics.
Support Platform Owner/Product Manager with release readiness and backlog clarity.
Manage and report on team velocity, cycle time, and throughput.
