Job summary

Ecolab seeks a highly experienced Technical Product Manager for ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P). You will act as the technical product owner and strategic advisor for ServiceNow-based Accounts Payable and Procurement solutions.

You will bridge business objectives with platform capabilities by partnering with Finance, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant S2P experiences and guide roadmap priorities focused on integration quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
10 years of experience in enterprise platform management or related technology roles.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations processes.
Experience managing integrations between ERP platforms and ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Product Leader for Source-to-Pay.
Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions with business stakeholders.
Evaluate feasibility, maintainability and platform alignment of proposed solutions.
Identify risks and dependencies before development begins.
Facilitate design discussions and build consensus across Finance, Procurement and IT teams.
Lead backlog prioritization, estimation and roadmap planning with delivery teams.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and UAT activities.
Ensure technical quality and platform health throughout delivery and deployment.
