Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned IT Operations professional to manage the Request Catalog and coordinate ServiceNow initiatives in Princeton, NJ. The role interfaces with Product, Platform, Risk, and Learning teams to unblock delivery and ensure strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years in IT Operations, ITIL certification, and experience guiding end-to-end catalog improvements, UAT, and upgrades within ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years IT Operations experience, degree preferred.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation required; PM/process improvement skills a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications a plus; strong understanding of request catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Request Catalog Operations (consultations, changes, incidents, catalog lifecycle).
• Lead end-to-end Request Integration initiatives.
• Intake, categorize, and prioritize new catalog items/changes.
• Define/document business requirements; consult catalog owners.
• Enforce best practices for request process and catalog form configuration.
• Ensure catalog content is current, high quality, and aligned with strategy/business needs.
• Provide technical design/solutions; configure items via ServiceNow Item Builder.
• Perform/coordinate UAT for new items/changes and for upgrades/releases.
