Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester to join a fast-paced Operations and Maintenance team. The role emphasizes hands-on ATF experience within the ServiceNow platform and government contracting environments.

You will support federal clients, drive QA leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects. This remote‑friendly position is located in the DC/MD/VA area with occasional client site visits and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ATF.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF for designing, building, and executing automated tests.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator) or QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting.
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards.
• Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools.
