Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT PM experience; 6+ years leading ServiceNow projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-workstream projects.
• Experience delivering schedules, milestones, risks, issues, scope and executive reporting.

Education:

Bachelor''''''''s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• ServiceNow certification(s)
• Agile and/or Scrum certification preferred.

Required Experience

• 10+years of enterprise information technology project management experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, scope, communications, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience using Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products or modules.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, governance processes, and project reporting.
• Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities.
• Experience working within a public sector or government environment.
