Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow facilitator to lead hospital-focused design and onboarding sessions. You will run workshops, align assignment groups, and guide teams through go-live readiness with a hands-on, consultative approach.

The role requires hands-on leadership in ServiceNow onboarding, design sessions, and collaboration with client SMEs to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and best practices across US locations.

Job description

This person must be an experienced help lead and facilitate hospital working sessions associated with:

• ServiceNow design and configuration workshops.
• Assignment group design and operational alignment.
• Greenfield Service Catalog development and workshops.
• Out-of-the-box ServiceNow process design and implementation.
• Consultative guidance to client SMEs on decisions, requirements, and recommended practices.
• Coordination with client stakeholders to keep design decisions and implementation activities moving toward go-live.

The primary need would be a hands‑on, consultative resource who can facilitate these sessions and guide our teams through the ServiceNow onboarding and design process, rather than simply provide project coordination.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
