Job summary

Outcome Logix is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong ServiceNow background to lead enterprise technology initiatives for a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams and deliver programs on time and within budget.

You will lead end-to-end project planning, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive acceptance, governance, and change management. PMP/Scrum Master certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide executive updates.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
