- Experience crafting proposals and contributing to business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ServiceNow initiatives, including presales, prototypes, and demos.
- Collaborate with architects and leadership to design compelling demos, prototypes, and proposal content.
- Coordinate activities across ServiceNow-focused projects to align with growth goals and federal customers.
- Advise on presales and program activities, articulating the value of ServiceNow in modernization efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Support proposal development and presales meetings, tracking trends, capabilities, and best practices.
