TEKsystems seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead governance, prioritization, and roadmap management across the enterprise ServiceNow portfolio in Leawood, KS. You will drive the Digital Product Operating Model adoption and align platform investments with business objectives, measurable outcomes, and long‑term value creation.

The role requires deep ServiceNow experience and a proven ability to manage enterprise portfolios, roadmaps, and executive stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Platform, Product Ownership, or Business Systems experience.
• Strong ServiceNow experience preferred, across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, or related modules.
• Proven experience managing enterprise portfolios, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and executive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow portfolio strategy, roadmap, prioritization framework, and governance processes.
• Lead intake management, backlog governance, release planning, and portfolio decision‑making.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, developers, and Product Owners to align strategic priorities and delivery objectives.
• Drive Product Operating Model (DPOM) adoption and maturity of product management.
• Facilitate executive‑level prioritization discussions and tradeoff decisions across initiatives.
• Provide visibility into roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
• Establish standards for backlog health, release readiness, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
• Guide Product Owners while maintaining accountability for portfolio‑level strategy, governance, and outcomes.
