Must have skills: ServiceNow, Now Assist and CSM exp

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience in platform automation and strategic planning.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Automation Engine software.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Now Assist software.
• Expertise in automation tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement automation strategies.

• Assess and optimize existing processes for automation.

• Evaluate and deploy automation tools and technologies.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments.

• Establish metrics for user adoption and effectiveness.

• Comprehensive automation strategy document

• Regular stakeholder presentations on automation impacts and improvements.

• Quarterly progress reports on automation initiatives
