Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in a legal environment or commensurate professional services setting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• Experience with the viGlobal/viDesktop suite strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and support a portfolio of enterprise platforms including ITSM/ESM (ServiceNow) and related systems.
• Maintain knowledge of how each application functions and integrates with others.
• Manage vendor relationships, track roadmaps and releases, stay current on trends.
• Configure, test, and support deployments with minimal business disruption.
• Coordinate patches and break-fix issues, ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Present roadmap recommendations to firm leadership.
