I am looking for an experienced Lead-level ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultants (TCs) to support high-impact, remote engagements for a federal or enterprise customer. These projects require strong Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) skills, along with leadership in delivering technical solutions and advisory services.

• Lead and facilitate SAM/HAM workshops and technical solution sessions
• Demo and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions aligned to client needs
• Provide advisory services around ITAM best practices
• Migrate software entitlement data from a legacy SAM platform to ServiceNow
• Build and maintain integrations with desktop agents for daily updates
• Develop dashboards and reports to highlight usage and efficiency gains
• Conduct development and unit testing as part of solution delivery
• Follow client onboarding procedures to gain access and begin work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead-level ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant
• Deep expertise in SAM and HAM modules
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive workshops and technical outcomes
• ServiceNow certifications CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM required
• Must be a US Citizen and perform all work from within the United States
• Comfortable working ~24 hours per week on a long-term contract through December (possibility of extension/increased hours).
