Role OverviewVeracity by RGP is currently seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for S2P workflows (SPO, SLO, APO) to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team. You will lead a new implementation project for a legacy customer, responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment. You will develop requirements and deploy best practice process solutions to achieve the strategic goals of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and lead technical discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Document, communicate and validate technical, functional design, and process requirements throughout the customer engagement.
- Identify areas of process/platform improvement and recommend solutions to gain efficiencies.
- Provide guidance to customers on tools, features, and processes available on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure all technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Design and deliver tailored ServiceNow solution demonstrations that align with customers' objectives.
- Collaborate and contribute to the organization to support continuous improvement of customer delivery.
- Invest and maintain expertise in ServiceNow products, processes, best practices, capabilities, and features.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow product implementation and process consulting.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years).
- 3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases.
- 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, technical design, implementation delivery.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional skills documenting process design, business requirements, agile user stories, process guides, and project collateral.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations.
- Experience partnering with and advising executives.
Technical Skills- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- Proficiency with JavaScript 6.
- Proficiency with web service standards such as SOAP, REST, XML, etc.
- Proficiency with web APIs, Data integrations/ETL, Relational Databases.
- Experience with SaaS / PaaS cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google.
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO and other technologies and standards.
- Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles, client facing.
