Logisoft Technologies, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Lead Developer to drive design reviews, coding standards, and deployment planning for ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.

You will architect integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.

• Design and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM/HAM, CSM, and HRSD.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to developers, administrators, and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Proven experience with ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM/HAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, and governance.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, or HAM
• ITIL v4 Foundation
