Job summary

Platform 6 Ltd is seeking an Engagement Manager for a 12+ month remote contract in the USA with some travel to Nashville in the first week of November and two weeks in January 2027. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management and 5+ years in ServiceNow project management, with ITSM/ITOM/SPM/CRM experience.

Role requires ability to manage multiple projects, timeline, risk, financials, and stakeholder communications in a ServiceNow context. Rate is negotiable for USC/GC holders.
