Primary skill: ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM along with Digital Product Release experience.

We are looking for a Lead Developer with Design, Configuration, troubleshooting, Code Reviews, Advisory, Roadmap for ITS.

• The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the platform development and design, and support of Service Now Modul.
• Experience in hands on Platform level architecture and configurations is required for this role.
• Experience in the ServiceNow Digital Product Release module is desirable.
• Experience in Design and configuration / integration experience using integration hub/ flow designer is a must have requirement.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions.
• Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding and mentoring technical staff, cre migrations, creating technical roadmaps.
• Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environment.
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated arch.
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works ul.
• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
• CSA, CAD and minimum 1 Mainline certification is mandatory for this role.
