Job summary

Seamless Migration LLC is seeking a career- and customer-oriented ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our remote US team. You will configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Request modules, and build catalog items and flows in Flow Designer.

You’ll write server- and client-side scripts, support upgrades, and help with SLAs, notifications, and integrations with Teams, Slack, and Azure AD. Strong ITIL background and 3–5 years in ServiceNow are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development with strong ITSM focus.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and mapping to ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, and REST integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Automated Test Framework.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Build catalog items, record producers, variable sets, and fulfillment flows in Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain SLAs, assignment rules, notifications, and approval workflows.
• Customize Service Portal and Employee Center experiences, including widgets.
• Build integrations with monitoring, collaboration, and identity tools via IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure Virtual Agent topics and support Predictive Intelligence or Now Assist use cases.
• Write server- and client-side scripts while minimizing technical debt.
• Support upgrades, ATF test creation, and release management through instance stacks.

Location

• 100% Remote in the US

What you’ll do

• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules


• Build catalog items, record producers, variable sets, and fulfillment flows in Flow Designer


• Develop and maintain SLAs, assignment rules, notifications, and approval workflows

• Support upgrades, ATF test creation, and release management through instance stack environments


• Troubleshoot production issues and provide tier-3 platform support

What you bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong ITSM focus


• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow


• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, and REST integrations


• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Automated Test Framework


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and clear user stories

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-IT Service Management certifications


• ITIL 4 Foundation


• Experience with ITOM (Event Management, Discovery) or Hardware Asset Management


• Exposure to Now Assist / generative AI features on the platform
