Job summary

Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. This role focuses on configuring and enhancing Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management within the IRM module.

You will build risk-and-compliance dashboards, integrate IRM with ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB, and collaborate with compliance officers and auditors to map regulations and controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years in IRM/GRC.
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance concepts (control frameworks, risk registers, audit lifecycle).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and REST integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders such as compliance officers and auditors.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain entity scoping, profile types, and control and risk frameworks.
• Import and map authoritative sources and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, UCF).
• Develop control indicators, continuous monitoring, and automated control testing using platform data.
• Build attestations, assessments, and questionnaires using Smart Assessments.
• Configure issue management, risk acceptance, and remediation workflows.
• Integrate IRM with ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB to link operational data to risks and controls.
• Build risk and compliance dashboards and reports for leadership and auditors.

What you’ll do

• Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
