Job summary

Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer oriented ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. This position is 100% remote in the US and focuses on configuring and extending policy and compliance, risk management, audit management, and third-party/vendor risk workflows within ServiceNow.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable IRM solutions, design dashboards for leaders and auditors, and collaborate with compliance officers to gather requirements and maintain

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years in IRM/GRC.
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance concepts (control frameworks, risk registers, audit lifecycle).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and REST integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders such as compliance officers and auditors.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management.
• Build and maintain entity scoping, profile types, and control and risk frameworks.
• Import and map authoritative sources and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, UCF).
• Develop control indicators, continuous monitoring, and automated control testing using platform data.
• Build attestations, assessments, and questionnaires using Smart Assessments.
• Configure issue management, risk acceptance, and remediation workflows.
• Integrate IRM with ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB to link operational data to risks and controls.
• Build risk and compliance dashboards and reports for leadership and auditors.

What you’ll do

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
