Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Application Developer.
• Minimum of two ServiceNow certifications like Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions and projects.
• Identify and define user requirements across platforms.
• Guide project management processes focused on quality and risk.
