Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience required.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification needed.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams for client projects.
• Identify and define user/customer requirements.
• Develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.
