Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams addressing client challenges.
• Identify user requirements and develop user interfaces.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members for task completion.
