Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation lead to head IT/OT Asset Management programs across client engagements. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, design UI across platforms, and translate business needs into technical solutions, while mentoring 3–5 resources including offshore teams.

Regular travel to client sites is expected as you identify requirements, guide delivery, and shape roadmaps leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities and integration with CMDB/ITOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of the following ServiceNow certifications: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• U.S. driver's license required.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
