Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead IT/OT Asset Management transformation for diverse clients in a hybrid model. You will drive requirements, design UI across mobile, web and tablet platforms, and deliver scalable solutions that integrate CMDB, ITOM and ITSM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Eligible to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management projects, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources) including offshore resources.
• Provide guiding expertise for process implementations and roadmaps.
• Analyze IT/OT Asset Management capabilities and advise on CMDB-ITOM-ITSM integration.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and define UI across platforms.
• Manage client workshops and deliver high-quality project artifacts.
• Balance waterfall and agile delivery practices; oversee budgets, risks and issues.
