Job Overview

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in Hardware Asset Management utilizing ServiceNow as the main platform/tool. The role involves assessing and improving our end-to-end IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, focusing on enterprise asset management, end-of-life programs, and global asset tagging and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess and build structure around enterprise asset management including end-of-life programs globally.
2. Implement and manage a global asset tagging and data collection program.
3. Lead process improvements and define standards for hardware asset management.
4. Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in solutions strategy in IT Asset Management.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with end-of-life cycle review/evaluation, technical architecture, and roadmap development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and third-party vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
