Job Overview

TEKsystems' client is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to assess their end point lifecycle ITSM/ITAM program from cradle to grave. This role involves building structure and architecture around enterprise asset management, including end-of-life programs globally, disposal, or lease returns. The architect will also implement and manage a global asset tagging and data collection program, requiring strong financial management, tools assessment, and experience with ITAM tools and third-party providers. Leadership skills are essential to drive process improvements and collaborate with third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop enterprise architecture models for cradle-to-grave ITAM processes.
2. Assess and implement ITAM tools, including ServiceNow, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
3. Lead global end-of-life asset management initiatives and disposal strategies.
4. Manage and improve asset tagging and data collection processes worldwide.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to optimize asset management workflows.
6. Drive process improvements and define standards and methodologies for ITAM programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions strategy for IT Asset Management.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, HAM/SAM, and end-of-life lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution architecture for ITAM.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams).

Additional Information
