Job summary

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer for a long-term role. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions within the Compliance & Risk domains on the ServiceNow platform, including IRM components.

You will contribute to requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation while collaborating with Product Owners and staff architects to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• 8+ years of development experience in related fields.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across Compliance & Risk domains.
• Provide estimates and participate in design, build, test, and implementation.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers within the scrum team.
• Prepare production configurations in collaboration with the team.
• Support tests and align with overall testing strategy.
