Utility is seeking a ServiceNow IRM/CAM Specialist to join our team as a remote US-based professional. You will apply 4+ years of hands-on experience to design and optimize ServiceNow workflows, with deep focus on IRM and CAM, GRC, and CSF/RMF frameworks.

The role requires collaboration across functions, delivery of standardized risk assessment templates, and driving risk-based decisions. Remote position requires US residency and regular daytime hours in Pacific Time.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years developing, analyzing, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows.
• 3+ years customizing IRM and CAM modules in ServiceNow.
• 3+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• 3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk assessment processes.
• Recent ServiceNow IRM with at least 3 years and CAM with at least 1 year of ongoing operation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of NIST CSF and RMF within ServiceNow IRM/CAM.
• Experience developing standardized cybersecurity risk assessment templates and documentation.

Job Title: ServiceNow IRM/CAM Specialist

Client: Utility

Location: 100% Remote (US Only)

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows.
• 3+ years of experience customizing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) modules.
• 3+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), supporting enterprise risk management initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement risk assessment processes.
• Recent ServiceNow IRM engagement with at least 3 years of experience and an active CAM engagement with at least 1 year of continuous operation.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF), including implementation within ServiceNow IRM/CAM.
• Experience developing standardized cybersecurity risk assessment templates and documentation.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 hours daily, between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.

Note: Candidates must reside and work exclusively within the United States.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow IRM Implementer, CSA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
