Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer with integration experience to join our ServiceNow Integration team. You will build and maintain ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi and implement bi-directional sync with end-point apps in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and security standards while contributing to SIT/UAT, testing, and documentation efforts. Collaboration with external teams is common.

Qualifications

• Around 2-6 years of ServiceNow development with integration tools.
• Hands-on knowledge in REST / SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce or other ITSM platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and endpoint applications with bidirectional sync.
• Build and unit test services and integration scripts with stubs / mock endpoints.
• Create reusable integration templates to speed onboarding.
• Participate in test case execution (SIT / UAT) and analyze logs.
• Monitor integration health and resolve failed messages.
• Support Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades by regression-testing integrations.
• Maintain integration documentation and follow best practices.
