Job summary

Unisys is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer with integration experience to join our ServiceNow Integration team. You will build ticket-exchange (eBonding) integrations between ServiceNow and third-party apps using ShareLogic Unifi, and support them post-launch.

You will work on server-side and client-side scripting, REST and SOAP web services, and data formats like JSON and XML, ensuring secure, scalable integrations and smooth upgrades across the platform.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of ServiceNow development with integration tools.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ITSM data model and Transform Maps.
• Ability to work in a team and support upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations.
• Build and test integration scripts and templates.
• Collaborate on upgrades and regression testing.
• Assist with debugging logs and payloads.
