Job summary

Belcan LLC seeks a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITBM, and implementation methodologies. You will work with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure that ServiceNow implementations align with business objectives and best practices.

Responsibilities include leading full lifecycle projects, configuring modules, gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and providing SME guidance.

Qualifications

• BS in relevant field and hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience configuring ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and other ServiceNow modules.
• REST/SOAP integrations, MID Servers, APIs, and authentication methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM) based on client needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Provide SME guidance in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Support integration of ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and MID servers.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to internal teams or clients.
• Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow features and releases.
