Job summary

Apple, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Functional Architect in Austin, Texas. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, shaping the functional roadmap and governing platform health for the HRSD solution.

This role partners with IS&T to translate human-resources needs into scalable platform experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep HRSD module knowledge, strong process-mapping skills, and experience guiding delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD including Case/Knowledge Management and ESC
• ServiceNow CIS-HRSD or CSA certification
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Agent Workspace, AWA, and integration patterns
• Experience with HR systems ecosystems (Workday, case routing, document-retention workflows)
• Experience delivering product backlogs, user stories, and delivery timelines
• Experience managing external contractors for functional specs and configurations
• Strong stakeholder management with IS&T and engineering partners
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; focus on user experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, HR, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define functional processes and map workflows for ServiceNow HRSD product solutions, partnering with IS&T.
• Shape platform roadmap and drive AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Manage functional contractors delivering designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with IS&T engineering to govern platform health and releases.
• Review updates from ServiceNow and position new capabilities to improve employee support.
• Govern the HRSD roadmap and advocate feature adoption across global employees.
