Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Agile Project Manager to support the DLA HRM IT Sustainment effort. This off-site role requires periodic meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other Washington, DC area locations.

Anticipated award December 2026 with a January 2027 start, base period and options. Responsibilities include delivering multiple Agile projects, defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlog, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least two years of federal HR IT systems experience.
• Active Secret clearance adjudicated within last five years.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Define product roadmaps with the Product Owner and translate roadmaps into user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage a multidisciplinary team, and support testing to ensure quality levels.
