• 1+ year of help desk or troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the state's ERP system (AZ360) and HR/talent software (PageUp).
• Respond to phone and email queries, guiding non-technical users through solutions.
• Triaging and escalating tickets in ServiceNow; documenting processes and outcomes.
• Assist with new-user orientation and data integrity reports.
