Responsibilities include platform development, team collaboration, and providing troubleshooting support. This role is hybrid, with three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Quickly ramp up on existing project workflows and architecture.
• Lead or assist in the implementation of the ServiceNow HAM module.
