Role: ServiceNow FSM Technical Architect

Location: Bothell, WA / Atlanta, GA (day1 onsite)

Rate: $70/Hr on C2C

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years specifically in Field Service Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with FSM configuration, Dispatch Dispatch, Agent Mobile App, Work Order Management, Field Operations and Field Technician workflows.
• Deep understanding of territory planning, agent assignment rules, optimization, and asset management in FSM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Custom App development (App Engine), if extensions are needed.
• Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM(Mandatory)
