Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM / Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable FSM and mobile solutions. The candidate will translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.

The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow FSM, Mobile Studio, offline capabilities, and multi-system integrations, along with leadership to guide architecture, governance, and customer workshops in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow FSM and mobile solutions.
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of FSM and mobile solutions.
• Define end-to-end field service processes (Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, Workforce Management, Asset-Centric Services, Mobile Technician Experience).
• Provide architectural leadership across FSM implementations and integrations.
• Mentor development teams and support pre-sales, proposals, and customer workshops.

About Position

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM / Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Field Service Management and mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow FSM, Mobile applications, workflow design, integrations, and platform architecture, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and Mobile Solutions.
• Define end-to-end field service processes covering Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, Workforce Management, Asset-Centric Services, and Mobile Technician Experience.
• Design scalable mobile-first solutions using ServiceNow Mobile Studio, Mobile Agent, Offline Capabilities, and Custom Mobile Apps.
• Provide architectural leadership across FSM implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, operating models, and best practices.
• Drive technical governance, solution reviews, estimations, and implementation strategies.
• Mentor development teams and support pre-sales, proposals, and customer workshops.

Expertise You'll Bring In

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow FSM and Mobile App Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mobile Studio, Mobile App Builder, Offline Mobile Solutions, and Agent Mobile Apps.
• Experience designing complex Integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Catalog.
• Experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, Asset Management, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITSM process implementation and optimization.
• CMDB governance, data modeling, and CSDM.
• ITOM concepts including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• ITAM and Asset Management process awareness
