Leidos is seeking qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program with ServiceNow engineering, ITSM/ITOM, and process improvements. Leidos is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program.
We are especially interested in connecting with current incumbent personnel supporting this mission who are interested in continuing their work and bringing their valuable mission knowledge and experience to Leidos.
Administer and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, dashboards, reports, and service processes.
Support incident, request, knowledge, configuration, asset, and service management processes.
Develop and implement approved workflow enhancements and automation.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and approved operational, endpoint, asset, monitoring, and other systems.
Develop reporting and dashboards supporting SLA, service performance, operational, and management requirements.
Support CMDB data quality, configuration management, service mapping, and related ITSM/ITOM activities.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and workflow issues.
Coordinate platform issues and enhancements with TSA ServiceNow stakeholders and process owners.
Support testing, validation, deployment, documentation, and rollback procedures for platform changes.
Analyze workflow and service data toidentifyprocess inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement of ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
Maintainaccuratetechnical and operational documentation.

Qualifications may include:
Bachelors degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience my be considered in lieu of degree.
Relevant experience supporting ServiceNow engineering or ITSM/ITOM functions in an enterprise or federal IT environment.
Demonstrated experience configuring or administering ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting enterprise service management processes and workflows.
Ability to work effectively with technical, operational, government, and contractor stakeholders.
Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
