Job summary

Myriad360 is looking for a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join the Advizex team. This role involves leading client-facing implementations and ensuring successful delivery across ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM environments.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, be solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You will engage with clients to recommend IT solutions and provide necessary training and support.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000-$115,000, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience leading and guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to communicate improvements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing implementations of ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM environments.
• Drive successful delivery across projects and manage stakeholders.
• Provide advisory services and post go-live support.
