Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a ServiceNow Application Developer to join a cross-functional team on federal projects. You will design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform, implement ACLs, client/server scripting, REST APIs, UI Builder, and Service Portal widgets.

Required are a ServiceNow System Administration certification, a related Bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years of experience, 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Systems Administration certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
• Experience with App Engine and building ServiceNow applications.
• In-depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform, including client/server scripting, REST APIs, and custom Service Portal widgets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform to meet business requirements, including ACLs, client scripts, UI Builder, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets with advanced scripting.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with user stories.
• Perform application testing.
