You will lead ITSM development, collaborate across groups to deploy updates, and create strategy papers for customers. Proficiency in JavaScript and portal development using HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and Jelly/XML is required.

• Experience: 10+ years of related experience.

ServiceNow Developer SME

The ServiceNow Developer SME position will work primarily architecting, designing, and developing solutions as part of Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for architecting a solution based on customer requirements. They should be able to design, develop solutions within ServiceNow. This person should be able to create strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer.

This person should have a good understanding of Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM

Person should be proficient in developing code using JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
