Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract role across Fort Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or Scott AFB, IL. The position requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and on-site work five days a week. Compensation is $65/hr W2.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of ServiceNow development, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to work within a federal enterprise environment with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship.
• Active security certification at least IAT level II or higher within 14 days of hire.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's/Master's with best experience in ServiceNow development and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support stand-up, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
• Develop dashboards and integrations with ServiceNow and external tools.
• Coordinate upgrades and mentoring of junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
