Job summary

Footbridge Federal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize applications, including Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and workflows, in a secure federal environment in Centreville, VA.

You will support PPM/ITBM implementations, engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, translate to technical specs, and troubleshoot challenges across a multi‑team platform while maintaining TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
Experience developing within scoped applications and multi-tenant environments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM or ITBM modules.
Prior experience working in secure, high-side federal environments.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and workflows.
Support the implementation and optimization of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module, including resource and financial management.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot development challenges independently within a shared, multi-team platform.
