Job summary

Footbridge Federal seeks a ServiceNow Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to design and implement platform workflows, automation, and dashboards. You will engineer ITSM configurations, integrate external systems, and support testing cycles across missions.

Responsibilities include testing, defect resolution, and producing system documentation. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience and deployments in ServiceNow environments, with CAD/CSA preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 3 to 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience participating in at least two major ServiceNow deployments.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience executing data migrations and establishing third-party system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure platform workflows, automation sequences, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Develop client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
• Produce technical documentation, including data models, configuration records, and system designs.
