Job summary

Fantom Corporation seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise requirements. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable, secure applications.

Responsibilities include building custom apps with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs, configuring objects and automation, and supporting data migrations. Polygraph clearance is required, and Agile practices guide delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph.
• Experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models.
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and automation
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications, databases, and APIs
• Build automated business processes using Salesforce Flow and other platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize Salesforce performance
• Support data migrations, data quality, and system integration activities
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
