Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a remote six-month contract to support Legal Service Delivery initiatives. The role involves configuring, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across matter management, intake, workflows and related business processes.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, implement LSD functionality, create custom scripts, UI policies and reporting, and contribute to testing, deployments and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Practical experience with JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer, Workflow and catalog development.
• Experience with Legal Service Delivery or related ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations or reporting.
• CAD certification desirable.
• Ability to work fully remote and collaborate in a distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, forms and business rules to support LSD processes.
• Implement and customize LSD functionality, including intake forms, routing, approvals, task management and reporting.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies and script includes in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions, solution design discussions and iterative development cycles.
• Support testing, defect resolution, release and deployment activities for LSD implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams, business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver effective solutions.
