Job summary

Alldus client—Unix consultancy—seeks a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on LSD implementation experience to join remotely on a six-month contract, configuring, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions supporting legal operations, matter management, request intake, workflows and related processes.

The role involves building LSD workflows, catalogs, forms and reporting, collaborating with distributed teams, and delivering scalable configurations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications in production or project environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflow and catalog development.
• Previous experience with Legal Service Delivery, legal operations or related ServiceNow modules and applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations or reporting.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) are desirable.
• Ability to work fully remotely and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, forms and business rules to support Legal Service Delivery (LSD) processes.
• Implement and customize LSD functionality, including intake forms, routing, approvals, task management and reporting.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies and script includes in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions, solution design discussions and iterative development cycles.
• Support testing, defect resolution, release and deployment activities for LSD implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams, business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver effective solutions.
