Job summary

Velaio is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to implement ITSM and SPM modules for a long-term, remote engagement. You will work with the client in North America to tailor workflows, build scripts, and ensure smooth integration with external tools.

The role requires CSA certification, at least two years on the ServiceNow platform, and strong ITIL knowledge. English must be at B2+ level to participate in technical discussions and design sessions with the client team.

Qualifications

• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Functional and technical knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Conversational upper-intermediate English (B2+) must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Development, configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules.
• System administration: users, roles, ACLs, and platform tables.
• Building and maintaining workflows, notifications and scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Participation in requirements gathering and technical design sessions with the client team.
• Support for integration with external tools via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Technical documentation of developments and configurations.
