Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support a wide-ranging initiative for a large Federal agency. The role focuses on building HR Service Delivery functionality, integrating AngularJS, JavaScript, and SQL to deliver reliable services.

You will work with a team of developers and business analysts in an Agile setting, contribute to requirements, and ensure smooth configuration, testing, and release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years related experience.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow functionality and HR Service Delivery components.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers in an Agile environment.
• Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during major updates.
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and design tests for ServiceNow implementations.
• Maintain accuracy and timely delivery of work products.
