Job description

We are currently looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer on behalf of one of our major international clients in the Telecom sector.

Location: fully remote

Indicative tasks:

• Creation of an access form for an online resource
• Spam filter enabling and testing
• New fields in Incident Task in SNOW
• Changes to Mobile device request for and workflow
• Link Workstation retirement request to Employee Termination process
• MoveIT access request form and automation
• Update Form wording on ServiceNow
• Add the ability to report the Incident TASK number on reports from the Incident table

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM modules
